A system is a set of interconnected processes, preferably well documented, that run each and every section of your business in the larger scope of delivering tranformation to your customer - a product. In order for this to work and the business scalable, all the services must be productized so that each employee can be trained to do "ONE" simple, pridictable, repaetative standardized task. It is this setup that allows for setting targets and holding each and every employee accountable.
A product in this System means a product (singular), not products or a service. If you're selling a service, productize it. The problen with a service is that it needs to be tailored to fit each and every "Client". A product is standard. In our case, we sell One Product: Websites, and we sell them to our customers, not clients. Everything is standardized such that even a 9-year old can be trained and can do an excelent job,- from the product to the processes, including our pricing model.
All employees are given and trained to follow a well documented processes that they need to follow from A-Z. In that way, a business can be duplicated as many times as there are customers, otherwise known as scale.
The great thing about this System is that it can be automated, giving the ownwer of the System more "computer time' for more imported things that requires strategic thinking and decision making.
